CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. However, Artsy Nails has a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 36 hours. If you are unable to make the appointment, you can easily manage your appointment or quickly reschedule via the TEXT message or EMAIL confirmation by clicking the URL inside those messages before 36 hours. If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment will be considered no-show. In any case that your form of payment on system is being denied and I cannot take cancellation fees charge in order to rebook any service you will need to pay previous fee before appointment will be accepted. Pricing Policy prices are subject to change without notice. Physical gift cards are not refundable. Warranty All services are covered with three days warranty. During this period i can fix any imperfection for no additional payment. For any request outside of this period it will be an additional cost, and may required an appointment Visiting Rules For the safety and comfort I asked to my clients for: - No additional guest, including relatives and children - No pets I reserved the right to deny service or stop service during appointment To my discretion, as a result of 100% fee from appointment will be applied.
