CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. However, Artsy Nails has a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 36 hours. If you are unable to make the appointment, you can easily manage your appointment or quickly reschedule via the TEXT message or EMAIL confirmation by clicking the URL inside those messages before 36 hours. If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment will be considered no-show. In any case that your form of payment on system is being denied and I cannot take cancellation fees charge in order to rebook any service you will need to pay previous fee before appointment will be accepted. Deposit We understand that plans can change! Just a friendly reminder that deposits are non-refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule after the specified time. However, we'll be happy to transfer your deposit to your next appointment. Thank Pricing Policy prices are subject to change without notice. Any gift cards purchased are not refundable. Warranty We strive to deliver our services to the highest standards. However, please note that we do not provide a warranty since the durability of our work can depend on individual client care and usage. If any issues arise within one day of service, we will gladly address them at no additional charge. For requests made after this period, there may be a nominal fee, and an appointment may be necessary.
